Thin High-Strength Cable

With approx. 30% reduced outer diameter and approx. 50% reduced section area, thin, high-strength cable is ideal as robot cable for moving parts and space-saving wiring. While maintaining superior flex resistance, the cable enables flexible wiring and easy handling, while reducing wiring space.

  • Achieved approx. 30% reduction in outer diameter and approx. 50% in section area. (Compared to conventional Tatsuta product)
  • Flex and twist resistance are equivalent to or better than conventional high-strength cable. (According to our test data)
  • Workability of connector and harness processing was increased by avoiding use of filler and binder wherever possible.
